Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,182 per week in Bismarck, ND

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 12 Hours Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience with surgical patients including total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general. Experience with medical patients including CHF, CVA, shortness of breath, and diabetic issues. Description: Unit has 61 combined beds. Patient ratios are 1:5 during days and 1:6 during nights. Required certifications include BLS. Monitor techs are available, and RNs confirm readings. There are no nurse aides on this unit; the ratio is 1:15. RT equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, and hi-flow. Floating to different areas is required. Weekend requirements are every other weekend. Holiday requirements are every other holiday. There is a call or standby requirement. Scrub color is flexible; any color is permitted. Cancellation policy includes four shifts per contract for contracts over 13 weeks. Charting system used is EPIC.
