Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,406 per week in Kalamazoo, MI

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, CST Must-Have: Experience with Cerner charting system required Preferred experience in community hospital settings Previous charge experience preferred On-call requirement: 2 shifts per week during the week plus every other weekend Description: Position available for a CVOR Tech. Shift is 4x10 hours from 07:00 to 17:30. Weekend commitment includes every other weekend on call. An on-call rotation is required as needed for holidays. Guaranteed hours of 40 per week. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. Special requirements include provided scrub color. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of surgical procedures. Candidates will float within the hospital or affiliates as needed. Documentation requires knowledge of sterilization processes. Travelers must complete required training modules prior to starting. All candidates must agree to uphold professional conduct standards. This position will involve caring for adult patients in a busy surgical environment. Candidates should be comfortable with a patient ratio of 1:1. The daily census includes 10 operating rooms.
