Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Pending license accepted at manager's discretion Certifications: BLS, ARRT required Must-Have: Experience with outpatient, inpatient, and adult ICU is required. Experience with PACS, C-Arm, contrast, and biopsies is required. Experience with stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephrogram, peripherals, drainages, vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, abdomen, pelvis, and upper/lower extremity is required. Must be able to use and deploy pushable/detachable coils. Must be able to use micro catheters and micro wires. Must be able to use snare kits. Must be able to use injector systems, preferably ACIST. Epic experience is required. Description: This position requires availability to work 4 out of 8 major holidays. Position is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist. The schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Call rotation is required and averages 10 days per month, including weekends. First-timers are accepted for this position. Candidates must submit requests for time off with the application. Experience in hybrid OR, mesenteric angiogram, and percutaneous procedures are required. Preferred skills include hemodynamic monitoring. This role requires direct patient care in a complex medical setting. Candidates must be able to manage a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily interactions with interdisciplinary teams are expected. The candidate should be proficient in various interventional radiology procedures and technologies.
