Responsibilities Work in a cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology (IR) lab in an acute care hospital Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Patient caseload ranges from 8 to 12 Level II Trauma facility with 360 staffed beds Weekend call required one full weekend per month On-call required 7-10 days per month, with 30 minute STEMI call response time Floating to affiliate hospitals as needed Uses Cerner and McKesson charting systems Scrubs are provided Modules are completed during orientation and annually via the Relias/Net Learning portal No block scheduling available Parking is free for staff in designated garage levels Return staff must not have been employed within the past year Two supervisor references required for consideration Positive nicotine test will result in cancellation Candidates may float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital STEMI call team must meet a 2-hour call back guarantee Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cath Lab or IR Technologist Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Either ARRT with state license or RCIS certification required (license required if applicable) Must have IR experience if RCIS certified Ability to respond to STEMI call within 30 minutes Strict no-tobacco use policy with nicotine and cotinine drug screening Must provide valid state license at time of consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-637965.
