Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Toledo, OH 43623 (Ohio healthcare jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: February 28, 2026 Duration: 13-week contract Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100 - $2250 On-Call: Every 4th weekend and 2 weekdays per month (average 10 days/month). Must respond to STEMI call backs in under 30 minutes. Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license in Ohio or compact state (required for nursing jobs in Ohio) BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred for cardiac nursing roles) Minimum 1 year of RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR (required) Successful completion of Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide provided) Experience with Phillips & McKesson Technology/EMR (preferred) Structured heart and endovascular experience (a plus for advanced cath lab jobs) Cath Lab RN Responsibilities Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Circulate, monitor, and administer moderate sedation during cardiac procedures Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications safely in accordance with hospital policies Coordinate care across hospital departments and serve as a key point of contact Respond rapidly and confidently to changing patient conditions and emergencies Function independently as both scrub nurse and circulator in the cath lab Participate in the on-call system for emergency and urgent cardiac procedures Assist with advanced procedures such as intra-aortic balloon pump, chest tube insertion, Impella, TAVR, and transvenous pacing Promote patient safety and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career in Toledo, Ohio!
