You’ll play a vital role in ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse crew of skilled carpenters Construct, assemble, and install concrete form systems as directed by Foreman and/or Superintendent Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and project drawings Set formwork ties, turnbuckles, wedge bolts, walers, and support systems Build custom concrete forms, bulkheads, and construction joints Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain a strong safety focus while meeting production goals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in rough or form carpentry Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both languages Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with common form systems and concrete construction practices Ability to lift, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods Must have own hand tools and work boots High school diploma or equivalent required Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and criminal background check Authorization to work in the U.S. Perks & Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Holidays & Sick Leave Referral Bonuses Growth-focused culture and steady, long-term work opportunities Benefits subject to eligibility requirements.
