You are responsible for planning delivery and pick-up routes in a smart and efficient way, using modern systems such as TMS and PTV Smarttour. You safeguard the quality of execution, maintain cost control, and ensure clear communication with drivers and internal teams. You will coordinate and guide drivers, charters, and subcontractors on a daily basis, and act as the point of contact for customers and external partners. You also handle administrative tasks such as trip registration, checking freight documents, and verifying delivery notes. The role operates in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and reports directly to the Head Planner. This position has become available due to team expansion. This role is managed by Walters People B.V., trading under the name Robert Walters.
