Retail Shop Supervisor

Shop Supervisor Locations: Centurion | Westgate | Trade Route We’re looking for a sales-driven Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure sales budgets are met. What you’ll do: • Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets • Lead and motivate staff to maximize upselling and cross-selling • Ensure the shop is clean, presentable, and fully stocked (min. 8 weeks’ cover) • Oversee returns, merchandising, and product demos • Manage cash-ups, daily banking, and accurate POS administration • Take responsibility for stock, assets, and store performance What we’re looking for: • Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory • Retail or supervisory experience (sales-focused) preferred • Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills • Dependable, ambitious, and target-driven
