Job Description

Brand Strategy Development: Create and execute forward-thinking brand strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and market share, aligning with business objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Continuously evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the rug industry. Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and experiential activations, to amplify brand visibility. Brand Consistency: Act as the brand custodian, ensuring brand guidelines and values are consistently maintained across all internal and external channels, including marketing materials and visual assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the brand's positioning and initiatives are integrated and aligned with the overall business vision. Stakeholder & Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, retailers, and collaborators to elevate the brand's reputation and stature. Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand campaigns and initiatives, iterating on approaches to maximize impact. Content & Storytelling: Oversee the creation of compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, fostering an emotional connection with the rug brand.
