Job Description
Key responsibilities: Dispense and manage medications accurately and safely. Provide patient counselling and clinical advice. Support rational use of medicines and antimicrobial stewardship. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Demonstrate ethical practice, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) qualification. Current registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC). Minimum 3 years of practical pharmacy experience demonstrating in-depth pharmaceutical knowledge and proven clinical proficiency. Knowledge of infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate (Unisolve, MS Office).
