Feed Production Supervisor

Salary: R 20 000 - R 30 000 Our client is looking for a Feed Production Supervisor to join their team! Requirements: • National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 • 5 years’ experience in a management role within a production facility • Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport • Knowledge and experience in the animal feed industry is a plus • Knowledge of ISO standards Responsibilities: • Oversee safe operations and ensure quality feed production • Review product quality and modify production to boost profitability • Analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency Skills & Competencies: • Problem solving • Planning and organizing • Working well under pressure • Delegation • Operations coordination • Prioritizing • Building strong work relationships • Critical thinking and attention to detail
