Wheat Miller

Our client is looking for a Wheat Miller with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to train and supervise a team! If you have a solid understanding of milling processes, quality assurance, and safety systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Requirements: • National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 • SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Miller, specifically with Wheat • Full spectrum Grain experience • Valid RSA driver’s license and own transport • Willingness to work shifts Responsibilities: • Monitor and ensure optimal functionality of milling equipment • Oversee and control milling processes to ensure efficiency • Ensure product quality standards are met • Perform routine maintenance to ensure machine reliability • Train, mentor, and supervise employees, fostering a positive team dynamic
