Transport and Logistics Clerk

We are looking for a proactive and organized Transport and Logistics Clerk to join our team in Kameeldrift, Pretoria West. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting vehicle logistics operations — ensuring efficient scheduling, record-keeping, and communication between internal departments and external service providers. Key Responsibilities Assist with scheduling and arranging vehicle transportation. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, dispatches, and deliveries. Coordinate with Branch Managers and third-party logistics providers. Monitor and capture fuel transactions and motor vehicle expenses. Track vehicle movement via the vehicle tracking system. Prepare transport documentation and reports. Handle logistics-related inquiries and provide updates on vehicle status. Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
