Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join a leading retailer in the home improvement industry. This role is based at our Kimberley (Northern Cape) branch, and applicants must reside in Kimberley to be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily store operations - Lead, motivate, and manage staff - Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints - Monitor inventory levels and maintain store displays - Coordinate sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: - Matric (Grade 12) - Previous retail management or supervisory experience (essential) - Retail hardware experience is advantageous - A minimum of 4 years retail experience (essential) - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in basic computer applications and retail management systems - Must be based in Kimberley This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic company while making a real impact at branch level.
