Our client in Waterkloof, Pretoria is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join their fine dining team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, with French cuisine experience preferred, and a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine while supporting management in all aspects of kitchen operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a kitchen management role or 5 years as a senior chef Fine dining experience essential; French cuisine preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Creative flair and attention to detail Financial understanding and cost control experience Culinary qualification required Own transport and Pretoria-based Portfolio would be beneficial
