Credit & Recoveries Manager Location: Pinetown | Industry: Micro Lending We’re growing and creating a brand-new leadership role to strengthen our lending operations. Your Role: -Own the credit life cycle: evaluations, approvals, arrears management & recoveries -Lead the Evaluations & Collections teams -Implement strategies to maximise recoveries & minimise losses -Sit on the Credit Committee & ensure compliance with the NCA -Mentor team leaders & drive operational excellence Success Looks Like: -High collection success rates -Controlled bad debt & portfolio risk -Quick, accurate loan evaluations -NCA & audit compliance -Engaged, productive teams What We’re Looking For: -5 years in credit/lending/collections, with 2 in leadership -Experience in microlending & performance management -Strong understanding of NCA & Debt Collection Act -Strategic, analytical, confident, and ethical leader Perks: Be part of shaping a new, key leadership role in a growing company!
