Job Description
INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE Our client, an industrial automation and robotics company, is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their Pretoria team! • Location: Pretoria • Salary: Market Related Commission (TBC) • Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (overtime sometimes required) What You'll Do: • Handle inbound sales inquiries and build strong client relationships. • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. • Support the external sales team with admin tasks and lead generation. • Process sales orders accurately and maintain CRM records. • Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for order fulfilment. • Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends. Essential Experience: • Minimum 2 years internal/technical sales or customer service experience. • Passion for sales and technology. • Experience or interest in automation, engineering, or industrial technology is a plus. Required Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Project) • Detail-oriented and proactive approach • Ability to manage and communicate well with a team
