We are looking to expand our team with a Site Manager for Substations and High‑Voltage Lines (SSEE and LATs) to support one of our electric infrastructure projects on the Madrid‑Guadalajara corridor. Responsibilities Supervise the execution of works on electrical substations and high‑voltage lines (SSEE and LATs). Coordinate work across civil, electrical, and erection disciplines. Control deadlines, quality, and safety on site, ensuring compliance with planning and regulations. Manage contractors, field personnel, and material resources. Interact with the client, CSS, and Faculty Direction. Prepare progress reports, cost control, and technical monitoring. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout all project phases. Qualifications Technical training in Industrial, Electrical or Civil Engineering (degree not required). More than 10 years of experience in execution or supervision of substation and high‑voltage line works. Previous experience as Site Manager or Construction Lead in construction or EPC firms in the energy sector. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients. Positive consideration for taking on Faculty Direction responsibilities.
