Running Tours. Responsibilities Responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Develop, optimise and manage newsletters and email flows. Own digital advertising efforts, including planning and running campaigns on Meta and Google and exploring new platforms. Research new markets, identify opportunities and test initiatives in pilot cities before scaling. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies and destinations. Analyse data, build smart automations and continuously optimise marketing efforts. Qualifications & Traits Analytical, structured and detail‑oriented, with a creative approach to copy and campaign design. Experience in B2C/B2B marketing and a passion for growth and experimentation. Proactive, fast mover, super collaborator, and driven to grow both the business and yourself. Strong execution focus – if we don’t execute, we can’t move the needle. Work Details Salary: USD 1,400 per month. Hours: 25 hours per week. Remote – only 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week; deep work time is reserved for getting things done.
