We’re looking for a dedicated Growth Marketer to own all marketing activities for our B2C and B2B clients worldwide, and to help scale from a part‑time role into a future Head of Marketing. Overview Our markets are expanding rapidly (some by 100%), and we’re constantly seeking new channels and markets to sell our services. You’ll work directly with me, manage a small team remotely, and have 25 hrs a week to focus on deep marketing work. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns and newsletters for B2C customers and partner organisations. Build and maintain automated flows, dashboards, and reporting to drive data‑driven optimization. Own digital advertising programs on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms – setting budgets, testing creatives, and scaling successful initiatives. Develop creative case studies, sponsorship proposals, and strategic pitches to expand reach in new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals. Continuously research new technologies, trends, and market opportunities to keep campaigns innovative. Qualifications & Skills Experience in growth marketing or digital marketing for B2C and/or B2B brands. Strong analytical mindset: comfort with data, A/B testing, and automation. Creative copywriting and visual storytelling abilities. Self‑starter with excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Passion for running or a similar culture‑driven community is a plus. Contract & Working Conditions USD 1,400 per month. 25 hrs per week. Contract managed via Upwork.
