Growth Marketer In Global Running Company – Part-Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of Marketing Join the team at Go! Running Tours as a part‑time Growth Marketer with the potential to become Head of Marketing. This role combines B2C and B2B marketing initiatives in a fast‑growing global running company. Responsibilities Own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Run and optimise email marketing funnels, building smart automations and analysing data to increase performance. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and emerging platforms, testing, learning and scaling based on impact. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to expand reach to new runners, companies and destinations. Collaborate directly with the founder and international colleagues, contributing ideas and providing regular updates. Qualifications Analytical mindset with strong data/automation focus. Creative copy writing and storytelling skills. Experience with email marketing, digital advertising and performance tracking. Fast mover, strong collaborator, driven to grow both the business and personal skill set. Execution‑oriented; ability to take initiatives from concept to measurable results.
