Responsibilities Oversee all marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients. Drive growth in current markets (some growing over 100%) while constantly exploring new channels and destinations. Manage email marketing and newsletters: build flows, automate, analyze data, and continuously optimize for better performance. Own and scale digital advertising efforts on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and monitoring what moves the needle. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Research new technologies, trends, and tools; test initiatives in one city and scale successful tactics across other locations. Collaborate directly with the founder and a remote team with minimal internal meetings (2–3 hours per week). Maintain a fast‑moving, data‑driven execution mindset across all projects. Qualifications Strong analytical and structured mindset with a focus on execution. Creative copywriting and storytelling skills to craft engaging marketing content. Experience with email marketing, automation, and digital advertising. Attention to detail, fast mover, and a willingness to constantly experiment, learn, and test.
