The role is part‑time (25 hrs per week) and is designed for a high‑energy, data‑driven marketer who can grow the business and may eventually become Head of Marketing. Overview We are a global running‑tour company with clients such as US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture and leading names in the running industry. Our markets are expanding rapidly, and we seek the right person to drive growth through digital marketing, email, advertising and partnership initiatives. Responsibilities Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and measuring performance. Build and optimize email flows, create newsletters, and use automation to increase engagement. Research new markets, technologies and trends, testing initiatives in one city and scaling to others. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to expand reach. Work directly with the founder and collaborate with a remote, global team. Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem‑solving. Creative ability to craft compelling copy and connect B2C and B2B audiences. Experience with data‑driven marketing, preferably in email automation and paid media. Excellent execution skills – you are a fast mover who can take initiatives to completion.
