Growth Marketer In Global Running Company – Part-Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of Marketing

Job Location

Ipojuca, Brazil

Job Description

Growth Marketer – Part‑Time, Global Running Company Hi… My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go! Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. Instead of writing a fast‑paced, bullet‑pointed post with the words driven, team player, high performer, etc., I thought I would give it a go at simply writing the good, the bad, and the ugly about being a Growth Marketer with Go! Running Tours. Maybe no one will reply. Maybe many will. I just need one really good one! So let's start. Our new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all our marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our current markets are growing (some by 100%) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. Your marketing DNA has to be the rare kind that is analytical and structured, while also having the creativity to craft great copy, see new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B. I am looking for a colleague who works systematically with new ideas and markets, has attention to detail, and gets super excited about the responsibility you are given and the fact that the world is your marketing playground. We are lucky that sometimes amazing opportunities (that – if you are a runner and marketeer – probably will make you do cartwheels) land in our turban. Newsletter and email flows – build, optimise, and automate campaigns, analyse data, and test iteratively. Digital advertising – plan and run campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, measure ROI, and scale what works. Case studies, sponsorship, and bold idea pitching – create compelling content and develop partnerships to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaboration and execution – work directly with me, aim for fast results, and drive continuous improvement. Our clients include US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture, and runners of equal awesomeness from all over the world. We also work with some of the biggest names in the running industry. You’ll be working remotely, with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week. All other time is reserved for deep work and basically getting things done. There is always time for a call, and we are all on Slack, so you’re never left alone in any way. The salary is not one that will secure you a Ferrari or a holiday to Mauritius (at least not to begin with). It is a salary that should be comfortable and is based on reduced working hours, so you can have a fun and fulfilling life besides work. The money should not be the main motivation for you – running, bridging cultures, and being part of a fun, fast‑moving, and positive company should. USD 1,400 a month 25 hrs a week Contract via Upwork We want you to bring a fast‑mover attitude, a strong collaborator mindset, a drive to grow, and, above all, execution skill. If you feel this role could be for you, then please write to me with a short spiel on why you feel you're right for the role and why you would like to work at Go! Running Tours (no AI please – we want to know the real you). Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Go! Running Tours by 2x. We usually take down our job posts within 3‑4 days as we receive many applicants. J-18808-Ljbffr
