Role Overview Our new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our current markets are growing (some by 100%) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. Your marketing DNA has to be analytical and structured, while also having the creativity to craft great copy, see new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B. You should work systematically with new ideas and markets, have attention to detail, and be excited about the responsibility you are given. Responsibilities Email marketing – optimize flows, build smart automations, and dig into data to improve results. Newsletter creation and management. Digital advertising – plan and run campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and focus on what moves the needle. Case study creation and sponsorship exploration. Pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaborate closely with the founder, work remotely, and maintain minimal internal meetings. Qualifications Strong analytical and structured thinking. Creativity in copywriting and opportunity spotting. Experience in email marketing automation and data analysis. Knowledge of digital advertising on Meta and Google. Excellent detail orientation and fast execution. A drive to grow the business and yourself. Contract Details USD 1,400 a month. 25 hours a week.
