Landlord Resource Network is seeking the immediate hire of a Paralegal. We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to assist with our growing office needs and litigation needs. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the legal field, be organized, an independent worker, and a team-player willing to help wherever needed. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the legal world. What you'll do: Assisting with tasks in the office such as mailings, scanning, and electronic court filings Organizing, reviewing, and filing documents for court and record keeping Assisting attorneys preparing for trial and discovery, including creating trial binders, witness prep, and client coordination Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments Drafting legal documents such as motions, pleadings, etcOther duties as assigned What you bring: Attention to detail and organization skills Ability to perform well under the pressure of deadlines Excellent verbal communication skills, including listening skills Word processing Integrity, maintain client confidentiality Experience: 2-3 years legal/paralegal experience Litigation (preferred) LRN is an equal opportunity employer.
