Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney (minimum 5 years of civil litigation) to become a part of our team! This role is full-time and on-site located in our Sacramento office relocation will not be provided Responsibilities: Working in a Team Environment Handle cases from inception through trial with strong office support Work on challenging and high-profile lawsuits Creating intelligent and creative defenses in complex catastrophic injury cases Litigating cases against some of the best plaintiff attorneys in Northern California ​​ Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years previous experience in construction defect Familiarity with various legal documents Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal Excellent communication skills Strong ability to multitask and complete task within court deadlines and internal deadlines Benefits: Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO Aflac Supplemental Insurance Dental Vision 401K Environment: The atmosphere of the office is friendly, supportive and passionate about defending its clients.
