Customers may include neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, or the elderly. Imaging exams and procedures must be performed accurately. Critical thinking skills must be applied appropriately. Recognize emergent situations and respond accordingly. Maintain accurate customer medical records. Ensure confidentiality of all medical records. Utilize imaging and hospital computer systems correctly. Interact with physicians, team members, customers, and families in a professional manner. Access to medications must be appropriate to job duties. Accept other duties as assigned to promote organizational goals. Demonstrate proficiency for the skills outlined in the relevant position skills list. Maintain skill proficiency and improve as necessary. Upgrade any additional or new skills on the appropriate position skills list. Recognize and comply with legal, regulatory, accrediting, and procedural requirements related to responsibilities.
