Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Valid state physical therapy license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience with pediatric and infant populations is required. Ability to work independently in outpatient services. Description: We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to work in a home health setting. The therapist will provide physical therapy services primarily to pediatric patients. Experience with developmental delays, torticollis, and cerebral palsy is preferred. The position requires proficiency in assessments and the ability to develop and implement a plan of care. Therapists may also assist in an outpatient clinic if deemed necessary. A local radius of 50 miles is applicable for candidates. All requests for time off must be included during the application process. The facility allows for one shift cancellation every two weeks. Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays throughout the contract period. The position involves working weekdays with flexibility in shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. All travelers are expected to float between facilities as needed. Two supervisory references from the last three years are required during the compliance process. This role requires strong communication skills and adaptability in patient care. Candidates will be responsible for completing modules prior to starting the position.
