Job Title: RN Surgery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Strong communication skills - Effective collaboration skills Description: This position involves working four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. The role requires a minimum of one weekday on-call shift per week and one weekend on-call shift per month. The RN provides safe and age-efficient care to patients using the nursing process to assist in obtaining optimal health. You will implement the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based care in the Operating Room. The RN demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration within the team. The unit provides care for a variety of specialties including orthopedics, trauma, acute care surgery, general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, robotics, hybrid vascular procedures, endoscopy, and podiatry.
