Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal documents, filings, and client correspondence. Manage case files and maintain accurate client records. Conduct research to support case strategies and filings. Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer general case questions. Coordinate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently. Support attorneys in hearings, meetings, and case preparation. Handle administrative tasks related to case management and client intake. Comfortable tracking case metrics such as cycle times, RFE response rate, and client satisfaction Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. 2 years of experience as a Paralegal (immigration law experience a plus). Experience in: Nonimmigrant work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, O-1), Employment-based green cards (PERM Labor Certification, I-14), Business immigration petitions and renewals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, self management and proactive communication. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills for working with attorneys, staff, and clients. Experience in managing and mentoring legal assistants. Drafting of legal briefs and legal research experience. Competitive based salary up to $60,000 a year, plus benefits and bonus.
