LEAD Staffing is looking for an experienced Working Labor Foreman to join our growing team in Wilmer, Texas If you have 2 years of foreman experience and are bilingual in English and Spanish , we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and scheduling laborers Overseeing site safety and cleanliness Performing hands-on tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and carpentry Coordinating with project leaders to meet deadlines Working outdoors in all weather conditions Managing a 40 hour workweek (6–7 days/week typical) Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Construction Foreman Familiarity with form systems and general labor tasks Bilingual (English/French Hatian) strongly preferred Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example Who We Are: Founded in 2010, LEAD Staffing is a national skilled trades recruiting firm with a strong presence in construction, industrial, marine, and renewable energy sectors.
