Position: Clinical Staff Pharmacist- Lewes, DE Location : Lewes, DE, 19958 Project Duration : Fulltime / Permanent Shift : 8 Hour Variable Summary: The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with the pharmacy team to prepare, dispense, and ensure the safe and effective use of medications in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. This role provides clinical guidance to medical and nursing staff and offers medication counseling to patients and families. Responsibilities: Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately and safely. Review medication orders for appropriateness and compliance. Monitor and evaluate patient medication therapies. Provide drug information and consult with healthcare professionals. Counsel patients on proper medication use and side effects. Support medication safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required Experience: 1 year of postgraduate hospital experience – Preferred Licensure: Active state Pharmacist License
