Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Site Services team, promoting a positive, high-performance culture. Manage site utilities and facilities, ensuring compliance, uptime, and efficiency. Deliver improvements and cost savings through projects, energy reduction, and best practice. Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation. Experienced in training staff and implementing new equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in managing planned preventative maintenance schedules.
