SPA THERAPIST SANDOWN - Milnerton (Western-Cape) - South Africa STARTING DATE: 01 December 2025 REPORTS to: Spa Manager / CEO EMPLOYMENT: Full Time TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 Days off (including 1x weekend per month) SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R7,000 - R7,500 Basic per month (Based on experience) Treatment Commission Retail Commission Incentives and performance bonuses MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back Confident retailer - this is essential Reliable transport EXPERIENCE: Spa Therapist experience within a Day Spa or Cruise Ship Spa employment experience KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI): Confident and skilled in all standard SPA services (Body & Massage Therapy, Skin Care & Facials, Mani & Pedicure, Waxing) Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly Retail confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
