About the Role We’re looking for a builder — someone who loves designing systems, automations, and processes that eliminate manual work and make the business run smoother every week. This role blends RevOps , AI automation , and Talent Operations . You’ll manage our lead-gen and sales systems, build internal automations, run outbound campaigns, and help deliver top-tier talent into active searches. If you get excited about new AI tools dropping every week… definitely keep reading. ✅ What You’ll Do RevOps (Revenue Operations) Own our lead generation systems end-to-end (inbound outbound). Build and maintain workflows between Clay → Lemlist → Airtable → Recruiterflow and other RevOps tools. Manage prospecting automations, enrichment pipelines, tagging, and routing. Monitor and improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Optimize and document the entire sales-ops stack so it’s fast, clean, and highly automated. Track KPIs and surface insights that help us grow the business. Systems & Automation (Ops Integrator) Build Airtable bases, dashboards, and automations that power internal operations. Create multi-step workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n . Reduce manual tasks across the entire company — in both sales and recruiting. Identify bottlenecks and engineer scalable, reliable solutions. Maintain documentation and ensure workflows are logical, efficient, and consistent. AI Automation & Innovation Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Replit AI, browser automations) to improve workflows and reduce work. Experiment constantly with new AI tools — evaluate, test, and deploy the best ones. Build AI-assisted sourcing, enrichment, and outreach workflows. Write prompts, create templates, and integrate AI into daily operations. Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and proactively bring new ideas into the business. Recruiting Operations Source candidates using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/SalesQL . Build outbound recruiting campaigns through Lemlist and LinkedIn. Manage talent pipelines inside Recruiterflow (our ATS). Conduct short screening calls and evaluate candidate fit. Deliver curated shortlists and structured scorecards to hiring managers. Ownership & Execution Take projects from idea → build → launch , with minimal handholding. Document systems thoroughly and continually improve them. Proactively identify problems, recommend solutions, and drive execution. Operate with speed, clarity, and high personal accountability. RequirementsMust Have Experience building systems or automations (Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Softr, etc.) Outbound sourcing, lead-gen, or data-driven campaign experience (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, SalesQL) Love for AI tools and desire to go deep into AI workflows and automation Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Ownership mindset — you take initiative and solve problems without waiting Basic AI prompting skills for outreach, enrichment, or automation logic Nice to Have Recruiterflow or ATS experience Prior RevOps, Growth Ops, or Sales Ops experience Startup or “wear multiple hats” experience Experience building enrichment or scoring models Tools You’ll Use Airtable Clay Replit LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / SalesQL Lemlist Recruiterflow (ATS) Zapier / Make / n8n ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Replit AI, automators, agents, and more
