Proven ability to deliver multiple projects in cross-functional environments. Strong written and verbal English communication skills . Familiarity with design thinking, user-centric processes, and iterative delivery. “ We, Not Me ” mindset with strong collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Experience in e-commerce , real estate , or travel product design—especially around search patterns and detail pages. Background delivering end-to-end experience flows in large-scale consumer-facing products. Comfort designing for multi-surface ecosystems (web native apps).
