Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing updates. Site Manager Coordination & Factory Checks: Organize and manage factory checks, including coordinating and overseeing the Site Manager's related work. Delivery Logistics: Arrange and manage the logistics of delivery from the factory to the client's location. Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes related to product defects or other issues.
