European Sales & Marketing Director Food Ingredients Location : Northern Italy onsite This is a Business 2 Business job please apply only if you have experience in Flavours Colours Extracts dried Fruit and vergetables and other value added Food Ingredients Role : The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales marketing and business developmentactivities in Europe Essential Duties and Responsibilities Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets. Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team Tasks Qualifications and experience : Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours Colours Extracts Powders) closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors VPs and owners / executives Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
