Amazon Logistics（AMZL）日本チームは、顧客へ迅速・正確かつコスト効率的に配送する世界レベルのロストマイルオペレーションの構築を目指しています。今回募集するデリバリーステーション・オペレーションマネージャーは、センター長の右腕として、ソートとディスパッチのドイレクトバランスを取り、日々のオペレーション目標を確実に実行・改善へと導く役割を担います。 Responsibilities ソートおよびディスパッチオペレーションのリード・監督 シフト全体の安全性・品質・パフォーマンス・カスタマーサービス向上 組織の方針と手順に従った監督責任の遂行 オペレーション目標の達成・超過を目指す 物量等の予測に基づく戦略的計画立案、パフォーマンス評価、問題解決、スタッフ配置対応 チームメンバーのキャリア向上・指導・トレーニング・育成 Learning and Talent Developmentチームとのパートナーシップを通じた人材育成計画の立案・実行 シフトとネットワーク全体にわたるベストプラクティスの創出・展開 Lead and supervise a team of managers and associates in sortation and dispatch operations Responsible for overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of the shift Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance, resolve problems; and address staffing needs Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning Partner with Learning and Talent Development Team on creating and implementing talent plans for their sites including talent acquisition, performance and career management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement Ability to develop and share best practices across the shifts and network Basic Qualifications 人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験3年以上 / 3 years of managing resources including people, goods, and money 管理職経験（評価、人材育成の経験等） / People management experience (appraisals, career development, etc.) プロジェクトマネジメント経験（プロジェクト規模は問わない・多部門横断型プロジェクト等） / Project management experience (cross‑functional project, etc. no requirement regarding the size of the project) シフト勤務に対応できる柔軟性 / Flexibility to work on shift ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）の日本語力もしくは英語力 / Business level (reading, writing, speaking) Japanese or English Preferred Qualifications 製造・物流・小売において人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験5年以上 / 5 years of experience of managing resources including people, goods and money in logistics, manufacturing or retail industry 間接マネジメント（管理職やチームリーダーを通じたマネジメント）経験、マネージャー/リーダーの育成経験 / Indirect management experience (manager’s manager), experience of developing a managers/team leaders 繁忙期に複数名のパート、アルバイトと働いた経験 / Experience deploying multiple part‑timers during peak seasons 工学、経営、または関連分野の学位やMBA / Degree in Engineering, Business or related fields, or MBA 変化する優先順位に対処し、的確な判断を行う能力 / Ability to make decisions according to changing priorities 日本語・英語のバイリンガルスキル / Bilingual speaking Japanese and English インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること / Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture ※このポジションは日勤帯を中心としたシフト勤務（土日祝日含む交替制勤務）となりますが、職務遂行上必要な場合には夜勤帯で勤務していただく場合もございます。 Amazonは多様かつインクルーシブな職場づくりを目指しています。Amazonは男女雇用機会均等法を順守しています。人種、 出身国、性別、性的指向、障がい、年齢、その他の属性によって差別することなく、平等に採用選考の機会を提供しています。障がいをお持ちの方は、以下をご覧ください。 https://www.amazon.jobs/disability/jp 詳細情報・業務紹介・動画は以下からご覧いただけます。 • Last Mile Dept.
