We are seeking a HR Business Partner for our Milan office. Profile and Responsibility The colleague will be part of the People & Organisation Department, reporting to the HR Country Manager for Italy. She/he will be responsible of managing HR processes in strict collaboration with management team and contribute to the implementation of Group company policies. Main Areas of Responsibility Support and collaborate with line managers in people management processes, helping to manage employee relations, understand team needs, and propose appropriate HR solutions. Contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes. Participate in organisation and management of training and development processes, collaborating on the planning and monitoring of training programs and development initiatives. Provide support in the negotiation and implementation of trade union agreements. Collaboration with the Administration team on employee-related administrative tasks. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines, ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Monitor and prepare HR and KPI reports, including key indicators related to ESG topics. Candidate’s Experience and Qualifications Required At least 3 years of experience in HR process management gained in medium/large organisations. Previous experience in tech/fintech or finance contexts. Ability to manage HR processes responsibly and to operate in a dynamic environment. Be fluent in the Italian and English languages. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular advanced Power Point and Excel capabilities. Nice to have Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business management or business administration. Candidate’s Skills and Personal Qualities Required Ability to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity. Aptitude for problem-solving.
