Job Description

Overview Delivery Consultant - Migrations & Modernization, WWPS ProServe. The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers’ technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, provide technical expertise and best practices, and lead the implementation process with a focus on secure, scalable, and optimized solutions. The AWS ProServe organization is a global team of experts helping customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and offer guidance through our global specialty practices across various solutions, technologies, and industries. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen. Responsibilities Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies. Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation Experience designing and implementing complex network architectures in the cloud Experience in designing, planning, and implementing applications and/or database migrations to the cloud Preferred Qualifications AWS experience with proficiency across EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred Automation and scripting experience (e.g., Terraform, Python) Security and compliance knowledge (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate certifications Experience with AWS data/file transfer solutions (MGN, DMS, DataSync) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Compensation: base pay ranges from $118,200/year to $204,300/year, depending on geography and experience.
