Posizione We offer a role as a Team Leader for the Ploom! brand, a key category within the tobacco industry. You will manage a team and be responsible for a single client, one of the world’s leading tobacco manufacturers. You will have the flexibility to organise your work around your interests and commitments. Responsabilità Coordinate a team of people to develop their potential and grow professionally. Manage activities within your assigned territory, aiming to achieve and improve sales results. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Ploom Ambassadors. Preside specific channels to create customer engagement opportunities. Oversee continuous training of the team. Support colleagues in the field to share best practices. Collect and interpret data and information to reach predefined objectives. Maintain close contact with colleagues at our Milan office and across your territory. Requisiti At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role. Comfortable managing a work team. In-depth knowledge of the reference territory. Strong network in the event sector or a broad potential network in the territory. Attention to detail and KPIs to improve activity performance. Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
