Overview Senior Consultant – Supply Chain PLM 3DX Analyst – Roma. Position aimed at supporting projects of analysis, optimization and implementation of business processes related to R&D and Operations within EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team in Rome. The role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary groups, contributing to digital system integration and data lifecycle management for PLM 3DX. What you will do Guide requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders in fast-paced contexts. Conduct as-is / to-be analyses, gap analysis, and define target processes with an end-to-end approach. Translate requirements into use cases and user stories with acceptance criteria. Define priorities/backlog, roadmaps, and release plans in a time-to-value logic. Contribute to data modeling and data governance rules to support PLM 3DX. Collaborate with Architecture and Development on effort estimates, impacts, and dependencies. Manage change management, user onboarding, and adoption of new processes/tools. Support QA/UAT: test plans, requirements-to-defects traceability, and defect management. What we are looking for Master’s degree (preferably in Management Engineering, Civil/Construction, Mechanical, Computer Science); MBA or a management master is a plus. Knowledge of the 3DX platform. 5 years of experience in process analysis and business analysis on complex PLM/SAP programs; prior consulting experience is a plus. Technical skills: BPMN 2.0, UML, elicitation techniques (workshops, design thinking), backlog management (JIRA, DevOps), PLM/CDE fundamentals, API/ETL integrations, data governance, basic security. Soft skills: workshop leadership, negotiation, multi-level stakeholder management, result orientation, excellent communication in Italian and English (B2/C1). Nice to have Certifications PMP/PgMP, SAFe SPC, Prosci/Change, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma. Track record on multinational, multi-vendor projects with large teams.
