Offerta Support the execution of M&A transactions through detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses, and preparation of transaction materials. Assist in due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors. Prepare presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials to support origination and execution. Conduct industry, company, and market research to provide insights for senior team members and to help identify opportunities. Work closely with Associates and Vice Presidents to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all deliverables. Develop technical and analytical skills while contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture. Competenze ed esperienza 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, in leading independent advisory firms or international investment banks Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields, with excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Solid technical foundation in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and accounting principles. Keen attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex assignments under tight deadlines. Interest in working on large and upper mid size transactions, ideally with exposure to complex or cross-border deals. Experience in leading independent advisory firms or international investment banks Generalist mindset, with the flexibility to work across sectors rather than a narrow specialization.
