IMSC Senior Manager, Project Systems & Reporting A senior role within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, responsible for leading the design, implementation, and oversight of project systems, reporting, and analytics for the global Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) portfolio. The position will ensure alignment with partner strategies, provide accurate reporting to drive visibility, and support decision‑making across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Process Ownership & Integration Lead process and lifecycle ownership to deploy, document and maintain systems and reporting, ensuring designs are lean and effective across IMSC. Own execution of a technical strategic roadmap and system management, including reporting, application support, and collaboration with IT/JJSC. Partner with process integration requirements to deliver one end‑to‑end process including tools & performance reporting. Represent IMSC needs on cross‑enterprise systems teams and lead vendor management for Project tools (Quickbase, Planisware, MS Project, etc.). Deliver system expertise needed to achieve business objectives. System Ownership Provide day‑to‑day system support to the portfolio, program & project management community, applying innovative solutions to optimize current systems and reporting. Develop and deliver the Strategic Roadmap for Portfolio, Program & Project Systems & Reporting Tools. Identify needs for new systems or enhancements, collaborating to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. Prioritize delivery of all system update/upgrade requests, employing robust change control practices including documentation of business requirements and justifications. Ensure that the training strategy supports a global and diverse user base, delivering effective tools & system training. Reporting Partner with internal team members and business partners to provide analytics with data integrity. Create and deliver standard dashboards to drive appropriate organization behaviors, increasing portfolio value and achieving strategy. Identify requirements and efficiencies for IMSC business processes and deployment. Qualifications Education Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT. Required Experience and Skills Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. Deep experience in leading systems enhancement and reporting development, supply chain operations, finance, and/or portfolio or project management. Proven ability to translate process functionalities into systems requirements. Demonstrated experience with implementation and functional ownership of supporting systems. Stakeholder / change management skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, strong leadership, ability to influence without authority, and cross‑boundary collaboration. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity. Strong communication skills for leadership messaging and effective cross‑functional teamwork at all levels of the global organization. Preferred Experience and Skills Knowledge of portfolio & project management related systems and tools, including system/application design, implementation, and management. Experience with portfolio/project management software (e.g., Instantis, Clarity, P5, MS Project, Primavera, Quickbase, Planisware). Strong systems and KPI competencies and deep understanding of project portfolio and execution related systems and tools. Ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process, and technical information and present cogent recommendations. Other Requirements Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Up to 15% domestic and/or international travel. Flexible work policy: necessary to work on‑site a minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays per week.
