RAS Hardware Architect / SOC System Architect

RAS Hardware Architect / SOC System Architect Senior position working on the latest RISC‑V powered SOC. You will be responsible for high‑level architecture from concept through security, hardware, software, systems definition and specification. Based in the beautiful city of Barcelona, RAS features (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) will also be a major part of your responsibilities. You will be defining RAS strategies, support the architecture of RAS features and the intersection of RAS with all aspects of Hardware Design and Software implementation. Plus developing hardware architecture models and simulations that include RAS metrics and PPA (power, performance, cost). Key Responsibilities High‑level architecture definition from concept through security, hardware, software and system specification. Defining RAS strategies and supporting the architecture of RAS features. Developing hardware architecture models and simulations including RAS metrics and PPA (power, performance, cost). Qualifications BSc / MSc / PhD in Electronics, Micro‑Electronics, Physics or similar field. 10 years in SOC design & architecture. Experience with RISC‑V based Systems. Strong knowledge in RAS features (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability). General knowledge of SoC architecture definition aspects such as Clocks, Resets, Power‑Sequencing, Power Management, Interrupts, Interconnects, Boot, Virtualization, Security, System Performance, IO technologies, Platform integration. General knowledge of interconnect (AMBA, AXI, CHI) and interfaces (PCIe, UCIe, I2C, I3C, SPI, JTAG). General knowledge of Advanced packaging (2.5D, 3D, SiP, CoWoS) and chiplets.
