We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary focus is shaping delivery strategy and contributing to overall company strategy. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, performance and financial management, sales contribution, presales, and account growth. The role reports to the Chief Delivery Officer. Responsibilities: Lead Delivery Organization: Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality Explore and adopt new technologies to drive innovation Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning Partner with clients and support business development: Collaborate with clients to understand goals and develop solutions Maintain strong relationships with key clients Support top-priority pre-sales activities Work with sales and marketing to develop segment strategies Stay at the forefront of technology innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies Develop and execute an innovation strategy Stay updated with industry trends Requirements: 10 years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, in a large outsourcing company Experience managing an engineering organization of 700 people Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile experience Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial skills Strategic planning and execution skills Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organization structures Experience in business development and presales management Financial management skills, P&L experience Master's or PhD in relevant engineering fields; MBA or similar is a plus Fluent English skills J-18808-Ljbffr
