We are looking for a high-caliber Head of Real Estate Investments & Capital Raising to secure funding, expand our investor network, and drive strategic partnerships with private investors, family offices, and institutional funds. Key Missions Lead fundraising efforts for our €10M real estate expansion and €2M operational cash flow Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors Identify and secure off-market undervalued property deals for acquisition Play a strategic role in structuring our future €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund Position Palma Coliving as the go-to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe Requirements Who You Are Strong network in family offices, private investors, and real estate funds 10 years of proven experience in real estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management Track record in securing financing, structuring deals, and investor relations Passionate about flex-living, boutique hospitality, and innovative real estate models Entrepreneurial mindset, deal-maker, and results-driven Benefits Why Join Us?
