Director, Global Reporting and Business Analytics, Global Delivery Services Join to apply for the Director, Global Reporting and Business Analytics, Global Delivery Services role at LHH (We welcome applicants from any country where LHH has a business presence) The Director, Reporting and Business Analytics is a strategic and operational leader to drive reporting excellence and digital enablement across Global Delivery Services. This role partners with global and in‑country leaders to standardise and simplify reporting, ensure timely and accurate data delivery, and lead automation initiatives aligned with business priorities. The role also owns the Digital Learning Campus, managing vendor relationships and platform deployment for internal and client learning. Additional responsibilities include oversight of portals and technologies supporting project management, coordination of global enablement efforts, and leadership of key reporting workstreams including NPS and audit readiness. Reporting Relationships Reports to Head of Global Delivery Services Direct Reports Data Scientist Reporting Specialist(s) Business Automation Specialist(s) Major Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities Partner with in‑country and global leaders across all lines of business to standardise and simplify business reports Ensure timely and accessible delivery of all standard reports and ad‑hoc requests Troubleshoot reporting errors and inconsistencies in standard reports, ensuring accurate data across all lines of business Ensure automation and reporting projects are prioritised correctly and executed to the full satisfaction of global business partners Establish standard processes to request support, and KPIs for quality and timeliness of deliverables Lead LHH reporting workstreams to ensure global consistency and accuracy across all data sources Manage Global NPS for CTM and LD along with stakeholders Manage Annual PWC Audits from a data and reporting perspective Own and evolve the Digital Learning Campus for internal colleagues and clients, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and IT to manage vendor contracts for DLC platforms, renewals, and amendments. Ensure global applicability and compliance with local regulations Coordinate with the digital learning team to set up client‑specific DLC sites using platforms like Cornerstone and Learn Upon; assign responsibility for content updates and platform maintenance to local and global teams Manage additional portals and technologies that support the business (CMP), establishing and managing a working team of experts to roll‑out projects Partner with global functions to plan and execute successful roll‑outs of platforms and project management technologies, ensuring adoption and value realisation Required Experience/Characteristics 7 years’ experience in business reporting and analytics 5 years direct management experience Ability to manage offshore resources Strong proficiency in reporting tools and platforms (Salesforce, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Excel), with experience managing data accuracy and troubleshooting inconsistencies Experience owning and evolving digital learning platforms Demonstrable experience centralising and standardising operational processes Experience influencing change and progress in a highly matrixed environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with global partners and all lines of business Experience managing competing priorities and stakeholders whilst keeping overarching business objectives a priority Ability to define and implement standard processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks for reporting and enablement What we offer Growth opportunities within a human resources global leader We prioritise learning to stay agile in an increasingly competitive business environment We foster an open‑minded environment where people spark new ideas and explore alternatives Compensation: Base salary Bonus Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors EEO Statement LHH is an Equal Opportunity Employer For additional information on our Diversity and Inclusion policy, please consult the following link: https://www.lhh.com/us/en/diversity-and-inclusion J-18808-Ljbffr
